Collins Club: The Beach is the beach club I recommend in Het Zoute, Knokke-Heist, on the Belgian coast. Brothers Maxim and Victor Trio started it in 2019, but the family's beach business goes back to 1991, when it was called Soleado. In 2019 the name became Collins Beach.
The motto is 'sky above, sand below, peace within', and the mood follows it: relaxed and elegant, without excess or show. Bare feet in the sand, a sea breeze and good music set the atmosphere. You may choose a large VIP bed, a more private spot under a sail, or a place close to the waterline. Regulars can take a subscription or seasonal beach seating; once the spots are full, they are full.
Victor and his team welcome guests, and the club stresses atmosphere and service even on busy days. In summer the Collins Cojones pétanque club trains weekly on the beach and plays Sunday matches against other beach bars. The Collins Running Club meets on Wednesdays for social runs that end on the beach with fresh juices and healthy snacks. The 2026 season opened with a season opening weekend on 28–29 March, followed by an opening weekend on 3–5 April.
The same group also runs The Garden, a bar and terrace, and Terraza Knokke, an after-beach bar that is closed on Tuesdays. The website has a reservations option and a menu page for The Beach.
